For our client, a successful legal business in Cheadle Hulme and Manchester, this meant reducing the amount of office space they were using. By doing so, they would be able to reduce costs and increase profitability.
They were operating with more space than they required which proved costly, inefficient and led to no extra productivity. Staff geographical placement was another concern, and they were seeking to find ways of enabling their staff to work effectively no-matter what their location.
The company was also concerned about the security of its data if staff worked remotely and was looking to ensure this wasn’t compromised.
Aspire was approached as they were already sourcing 0365 from us and we were confident that we could bring a solution to help improve their business efficiency and importantly reduce their office foot-print. This would make a major positive impact to their business’ performance.
Aspire advised that Pragma cloud costs would be a considerable saving over office space. Aspire moved all the current workstations to their cloud and hosted the clients servers from their Trafford Park data centre. Connections by secure VPN and productivity monitoring by ActivTrak put the management team in greater control of staff than when they were on site!
Modernising the cloud infrastructure maximised the use of legacy PC’s which no longer had a very tough job to do!
